Recently found out that my dads side of the family hail from Bilston, Staffordshire, England. My great grandad Samuel Aston, born 1858, married a Sarah Maria Tate, born 1867 and they came to Durham, England around the late 1880s.
Samuels dad was a John Aston, born 1822, in Staffs, England, married to Mary and his father was also a John Aston, born 1786 in Staffs, England, his wife was an Elizabeth Newton. They were married in Kingswinford, Staffordshire. Elizabeth Newton was born in Shropshire, England......Anyone know who the father, or family of John Aston born 1786 was - any info in regard the two Johns would be helpful.

TATE - Sarah Maria Tate originally from Bilston, Staffs - her father was a William Tate, married to Mary Ann. William Tates mother was an Ann Maria Tate
born around 1803. Trying to find her parents....

    VICKERS - Co Durham/ Newfield/Byers Green/Spennymoor
Searching for the parents or family of a Mary Jane Vickers, born 1906. At one point during her childhood, she lived in Newfield. She married a Samuel Aston, born 1902.

    BARTRAM/BELLWOOD - Shildon/Close House, Eldon, Co Durham
Searching for the parents of both Frederick Bartram, married to a Matilda Bellwood.
Both born around 1885 to 1890 and parents of a Constance, Iris, Renee, Matthew, Patricia, Audrey. ......I believe the Bartrams also owned a confectionary shop around the 1930s, in Shildon.

WILSON - Billy Row/Newfield/Byers Green, Co Durham
Trying to find out the name of the wife of a John Wilson, born 1899 in Newfield, Byers Green. His father was William Wilson, born in Billy Row, Crook in 1860, married to Mary Alice. .....Williams father was a John Wilson, born in Ingleton, Durham, England in 1831.

If there is a connection, get in touch :)
