Adding Info To My Profile

Hi

Can sks please tell me how I can add a pic to my profile and add info ie where I am so that it comes up along side my name when I reply to or start a thread.

Gulp! If I could remember how I added my avatar I would tell you, but I have forgotten already. Will have a rummage, but I expect someone else will help before I come up with the answer - sorry

I had a look around but nothing jumped out and hit me, thankfully lol

 

Click on your user name on the top green bar or click on your avatar box and choose profile.
Have you had a read of the Help File?

 

I see you've found how to add an avatar.
User name - Personal Details
should take you to where you enter your location.
When you have done that, on a thread if you click on it (in the green side bar) it takes you to your location on google maps.

 

In my profile I can't save it because I don't understand question on "home" I don't have a website? Thanks

I don't have a website either - just ignore that bit. It worked for me! If you're looking for the button to save changes you'll probably have to scroll down a bit to find it - it hides at the bottom of the page

 

I believe you do need to have your DoB there - although you can make it so people can't see it.
I do have a website, but it isn't mentioned in my profile I believe (off to check!)
