This ambitious project already includes names from 'more than six hundred memorials constructed during the conflict’s immediate aftermath in village and town centres, chapels, churches, churchyards, parish halls, factories and other work places, schools and sports clubs.' There are photographs of some of the memorials.

The project is ongoing. More names are to be added together with 'biographical detail, narrative, photographs and newspaper extracts as well as entries from diaries and letters'. You can search by name or place, or browse lists alphabetically using the menu on the left.

I found this site while searching for a list of those who died in the explosion at the National Shell Filling Factory, Chilwell, on 1 July 1918. They do indeed have a list of names from a memorial to the victims:

Other memorials to those who worked together include one for the Nottingham GPO and one for Attenborough Station.
