Can anyone fill in the blanks please? Or change any words that I have got wrong. And I --------- that the interest and ------- thereby shall in the ------------ be paid and app------ It's supposed to go in between the two red lines in the image below.
"And I direct that the interest and proceeds thereof shall in the meantime be paid and applied" - I think that is correct anyway. Janet
Good job, Janet. Just got my new Wills done 2 days ago and am happy that my lawyer uses the "olde English" instead of the new format. I am so used to it from typing Wills for decades, lol. (cost a fortune tho for 2 Wills and 4 Powers of Attorney)...
Hi Figgs, I seem to have missed this so am wondering what New Wills and where are they located? All over in England or in particular places? Thanks in anticipation, Diana
Sorry Diana....I was referring to the present day and the fact that my husband and I had new Wills and Powers of Attorney drawn up bc my last ones were 30 years old....hence the term "New Wills". Plus the fact that about 30 years ago lawyers decided to make the terminology simple and I prefer the old "give, devise and bequeath". So in both cases, I was referring to us getting new Wills drawn up.
