sorry out oftime to find marriage.
 
I couldn't find the marriage in a search, but in a tree it says the marriage was 6 Nov 1817 Kington, Herefordshire, but there was no source for it!

He's in a lot of trees and the half dozen or so I looked at none of them have a source for the marriage.
 
In looking for the marriage I found the death of Esther Banks
March qtr 1851 Presteigne & Kington 26 204 age 52

Esther the daughter died in 1848 March qtr 26 244 age 23

To be sold by auction by Mr Barber - By order of the Executrix of the late Mr. Richard Banks, On Wednesday, the 29th day of March, 1871, the superior Household Furniture, in French polished Spanish mahogany (of the best make), comprising a set of massive Telescope Dining Tables, a Pedestal Sideboard, 2 Chiffonnieres, Grecian Couch, six and two arm hair-seated Chairs, a valuable Bookcase, 10ft. 6in. wide by 8ft. 7in. high. Loo and other Tables, splendid set of four-post Bedsteads, a pair of Dressing and Wash Tables, excellent Chest of 5 Drawers, Toilet Stand, etc., prime Feather Beds, thick curled-hair Mattresses, Engravings and Prints, Linen, China, Glass, and Ware, Kitchen Requisites, and other effects. The sale will commence punctually at Twelve o’clock. N.B.—The valuable, selected Library of Miscellaneous Works, comprising about 1,400 vols., also the collection of Silver Coins, Portfolios of choice Engravings, etc., etc., will be sold by auction, by Mr. Barber, in his Sale Room, Town Hall, Wellington, on Friday, March 31st Inst.
