I don't think the tree you are looking at is correct at all they have varying different things and the 1915 military record doesn't belong at all. there are actually loads of William Henry Howards so very difficult to say for definite which is which Good Luck!!
Albert V. Howard married Caroline E. Turner 3rd q. 1920 in West Ham - vol. 4a page 207. She was born and named Caroline Eliza Turner 4th q. 1897 in West Ham. Sadly not mine.
The copy of the marriage cert. can be viewed - I saw it on Ancestry - London, England, Marriages and Banns, 1754-1921. He and Dorothy Constance lived close together prior to marriage and for both of them they state that their father was still alive. His father was Jarvis Howard [Coach Finisher] and her's was Charles George [Tailor]. I can't quite make out their street address [in Hammersmith {?}] but it would be nice to have it confirmed so that maybe we could either father in the 1921 Voter's List. I can confirm that a Charles George died in Hammersmith 4th q. 1930 vol. 1a page 279.
Found it - finally [image 439 of 594]. At #140 - Charles George with wife Mary and 2 sons William and Herbert. Herbert was a witness at the wedding on 5 June 1921. At #153 - William Howard with the following folks, Henry Hathaway, George William Tagg and Alice Russell.
I've hit a bit of a snag and since I daren't go outside at the moment [weather-wise], I'll see if the experts here can assist. On the marriage certificate, Dorothy Constance indicated that her residence was 140 Sulgrave Road and the date was 5 June 1921. She named her father as Charles George occupation Tailor. Dorothy Constance was [according to the 1901 census] born in West Hampstead, London and a birth registration in Hampstead 2nd q. 1894 vol. 1a page 638 supports this. There is a baptism in St. Luke, Shepherds Bush Hammersmith and Fulham, Middlesex when she along with her brothers Frederick Maurice and William Henry were all baptised on 15 April 1901. Her birth date [year] is given as 1895. Parents were Charles and Elizabeth Mary. The only marriage I can find that fits is for a Charles George and Elizabeth Mary Griffin on 11 August 1890 at St. Peter, Cranley Gardens Kensington and Chelsea. Charles indicated that his father was Charles George [deceased occupation - gardener] and that he was employed as a Coachman. 1901 census was held 31 Mar/1 Apr. 1901. He and Elizabeth Mary were living at 35 Roswell Road - RG13/40/116/46. Charles is a Tailor. He gives his age as 38 [born Bungay, Suffolk] and in addition the children baptised on 15 April there was also Herbert age 8. Herbert was baptised 8 Jan. 1893 [shortly after his birth] and Charles was a Tailor. My problem is with finding the Charles born c. 1863 in Bungay Suffolk with a father named Charles and who was a deceased Gardener in August 1890. I believe I have his birth in 3rd q. 1863 vol. 4a page 632 in Wangford, Suffolk which I think includes Bungay but I cannot locate a baptism to identify the parents. The only 1871 census I can find is RG10/1776/50/38 - in Bungay - and it includes Charles age 7 with siblings Benjamin age 15 and William age 5 along with parents William and Eliza. The father's occupation is a Tailor. 1881 census has the father as a Journeyman Tailor and Charles is aged 19 and a Tailor's Apprentice RG11/1898/63/18 and Charles is on next image. I have a death in Wangford RD 3rd q. 1886 for William George. So my concern is that maybe Charles was mistaken with the details he provided on the marriage certificate. I also have a problem finding Charles and Elizabeth Mary in 1891 census. I cannot find Elizabeth Mary and the only Charles George I can find is the following: RG12/86/88/27 Charles George - Single - age 27 - born Bungay, Suffolk - Tailor's Foreman. Any ideas?
