I had a little look, unsure just what you wanted so I listed William & Emma's immediate family- Rather long I'm afraid.
Somercote parish was in the Alfreton sub-district of the Belper Registration District.

Having 5 'Turner' ladies marrying into different families of mine I felt the need to help. Not spotted any from Derbyshire yet. ;) p.s. what is a JRT?

All done on desktop, my laptop would have driven me bonkers :D

Lol. The small one in my avatar is also a JRT (Jack Russell Terrier-Sarge) I love them. Such smart dogs. Wish I had as much energy as he has though, lol. The other is a Husky mix-Kavik.

Lovely dogs you've got Alfred, Raymond's a badly abused rescue dog with brain damage, no one would take him, the shelter were going to put him to sleep so we kept him, I love him to bits but wouldn't have another small dog, we were used to labs, dallys' & larger crossbreeds, Raymond barks at everything & anything

Ancestry's parish register images have the following:

5 April 1841 at Duffield John TURNER, full age, bachelor, Mason, Belper, father Samuel TURNER, Labourer & Ann PARKING, full age, spinster, Belper, father Patrick PARKING, Collier. John made his mark, Ann signed (as PARKIN) and the witnesses William DIXON & Lucy TURNER both made their mark.

Baptism at Pentrich on 16 April 1813 of John son of Samuel & Mary TURNER, Harlskay, Labourer.

Baptism at Pentrich on 8 February 1818 for Ann daughter of Patrick & Mira PARKIN, Ripley, Collier. Marriage at Pentrich on 15 May 1815 for Patrick PARKIN & Emirah EYRE, both of the parish and both marked. Marriage at Pentrich on 21 February 1811 for Samuel TURNER & Mary TURTON, both of the parish and both marked. One of the witnesses was a Joseph TURNER - perhaps a relative?

Baptism at Pentrich on 26 October 1788 for Samuel son of George TURNER & his wife. Baptism at Pentrich on 5 December 1788 for Mary daughter of Thomas TURTON & his wife. Baptism at Pentrich on 19 November 1793 for Patrick son of Thomas PARKIN & his wife.

That should give you something to get your teeth into, Alfred.
