More zucchini relish since hubby has been eating it on everything and also a big double batch of salsa. Pickled beets are next in line! They are for me cause he only likes beets freshly cooked!!
Mmm, I was the only one who ate the Zucchini relish in our house, won't do that again. Maybe more capsicum. Beets are so nice but not always easy to find for our family shopper.
You are a bad influence as I now need to make Courgette Relish, I dont think I have ever tried it so fingers crossed. Hope it keeps, as these days we have less visitors.
