The report, which also appears in The Daily Telegraph, mentions a team of scientists, one of whom it would appear is named Claire.
Right now I have pleurisy and my hubby has a head cold. Guess who has been cleaning and doing laundry, making lunch and soon supper all day and guess who promised to do more work on the façade of our fireplace, but has slept on the couch all day? Case closed.
Can't you get pills or shots for that these days? I thought nothing was sacred & everything was 'out there'.
You Sue will probably soon be 'well', having worked the nasty inflamation & bugs out & away from your lungs & chest, while those who loll about on couches will linger longer to enjoy the special soft treatment. Yay Women!
Now do you sceptical ladies believe us! No doubt some of you ladies will be very disappointed to have your disbelief shattered. Shame on you Mealymoo, the truth stares you in the face and still you remain sceptical, do you belong to the Flat Earth Society? Findem gathers up essentials and heads for the hills, he's not that fearless.
Think we might have to do some editing of your "tag line", Findem. Should read something like "The FOOLISHLY Fearless one". I'm also wondering if Claire's name was confused with someone really called Bruce?
My world is round, don't know about yours Findem, but know you're treading on dangerous ground whatever shape your world is......and it's just gone pear shaped
Further to post #127 - I think we have to add another bit - FREQUENTLY which would make you "The Frequently Foolishly Fearless One". Oh, Findem, you do like walking that fine line, don't you?
Lizzy, RING TODAY!!!! If you get yourself sorted then you will feel more able to cope with everything else plus it will be a relief for your husband and daughter, who are probably worrying themselves sick about YOU Take care and I hope all turns out well for your M-I-L Busyglen, Hope all goes well with your husband's op
Thanks guys for pushing me to act and ring the Hospital; after trying to get a contact number I did eventually speak to the department secretary who told me the referring Dr left the Hospital last month to take up a new post elsewhere. After I explained the history of my recent heart problems she acted efficiently and said she would fax my scan to my GP who would receive it within 15mins, she also took my telephone number and said a Hospital consultant would ring me to discuss my medication etc. . I needed that kick up the butt . Thank you one and all.
YYYyyyyyyessssss!! Well done Moo!! So glad you took the bull by the horns and went for it! Fingers crossed that you will get some good news soon.
Oh that's fantastic news, Moo. Won't be long now before you start that new medication and things will start to look up again for you. So pleased.
