    I spent some of my working life as a civil servant (could be quite uncivil at times)
    Did you get Maundy Thusday off? No idea why but we did!

    Well it looks as though they're still playing "silly beggars".

    I ordered a Will on 9 January.
    Queried it's non-appearance on 10 February.
    Received the "Delivery Notice" on 17 February - the standard "you didn't give the correct details, you need to re-order" letter.
    Complained.
    Received an apology on 19 February - "we are arranging to send correct requested copy".
    No more e-mails.

    Just happened to log into the "Find A Will" site yesterday (29 February) ... and there in "My Wills" it tells me I have a Will delivered 19 February, first downloaded 19 February, available until 21 March.
    What on earth? :eek::eek:

    And there it is - the Will I wanted.

    Moral of this story:
    Keep a record of what you've ordered, and keep checking the site.

    Their emailing system is a little hit and miss, sometimes I get a notification whereas other times I only discover it has arrived by going into my orders.
