Writer and grainer - in other words a signwriter (I think) and someone who painted wood grain effects.

At first I thought this said 'Daughter of Job Warner living at Yeovil, Somerset', but now I am not so sure especially as the 1861 has Minnie as the child of William and Eunice. So is that an abbreviation of some kind of title? which seems unlikely as William was a grocer.

Even more puzzling William is not at home with Eunice in 1871

To me, it looks like Mr Warner rather than Job....

I am trying (and have been trying) to read it as Mr. but failing

I take it back I have seen where I've gone wrong and have been shortsightedly peering at this and reading 'of Mr' as Job

btw have found the BMDs are as WORNER

I read it as Mr Warner as well, but I can’t find William, spelt either way in 1871.

I am certain David Bugler is not a retired marsupial, but also can't work out what it really says. all ideas welcome...

Well I guess it says Manufacturer, in 1861 he is a Twine Manufacturer

The first is Meare. The other two are supposed to be Pennard,
that is West Pennard, but obviously ennumerator totally ignorant
of the place. Two pubs there, the Apple Tree and the Royal Oak
where I have played skittles in the past!

Not played skittles in many years! I had thought of West Pennard for those two, good to have back up. For the first I had discounted an M at the beginning given it is so different to the M in Marr[ied], but kept thinking that was a bad decision :D
    Thanks
