Has anyone have any idea when this photo might have been taken please. It was taken at Boulogne-sur-mer (a fishing port) in France.

There is a copy of this postcard for sale on ebay that has a postmark thereon:

I cannot quite make it out - apart from the month but the seller does say to contact them for more information.

Might be worth looking to see if there are other copies around. I just googled Boulogne sur mer les revendeuses :)
