all those images are just indexes no birth or relatives however the 1911 census says A.Just patient age 45 married bottle wrapper from Shoreditch and address is Lunatic Asylum Claybury Woodford Bridge Essex
I could find nothing on Cornelius either but there is a private tree on Anc which has photos of a Kornelis de Jongh, it gives a dob as 28/5/1856 and a death date 13/9/1927 the tree owner has a Dutch sounding name this could be him on the Mauritania 16/11/1912 going from Liverpool to New York
I have found the Settlement/Relief Records on Ancestry for Alice Just when she was sent to Claybury in 1899. They don't make easy reading, but it does say she was 'supposedly' suffering from epilepsy. Do you want to see them?
