    Just found this today.

The first wreath is laid by Hubbies cousin. The two soldiers who died for us are were hubbies uncles.

That's great A M to have the brothers' story recorded for posterity.

One of my three great uncles Arthur Theobald, KIA France 1914, has a similar page. It records his birth place, that at one stage he lived with a brother (my grandparents), his civilian occupation, his marriage and to whom, even to recording his widow's second marriage and her death, plus of course much other info.

I know I was a bit overwhelmed to see it all recorded, even though I had most of the info myself, so I have some idea how you feel.

PS the stupid thing is that I didn't record where that story is held, other than on my computer, so I guess I'll have to search for it. :(

So now we are going to Canowindra, NSW for an Anzac Day commemoration for our two lovely boys who's death occurred 100 years ago. They are both remembered at the Canowindra Cenotaph and a cousin has arranged for their names to be read out at the Dawn Service. Hopefully we can get more cousins to be there. We are trying but such short notice. Thank you Postman Mat.

I read yesterday that they will be starting an archaeological search for the lost British tanks somewhere in the battlefields of Bullecourt but turning up the tanks could also turn up all those boys who lost their lives there. I'm not too sure that I would like them to be disturbed.
