    Hello Everyone

I am not sure I am posting this in the right forum. Sorry about that. I have a question and wonder if anyone can help me?

Is it possible to create hyperlinks from Ancestry. I dont expect to do that for the images but wondered if you could hyperlink search results. I am currently working on a project where it would be really useful to do this. I think anyone can do searches without having an account.

I dont know if any of this makes sense. I am doing a cemetery project.

    With thanks Elizabeth

I've not done this but would it help?

"Select the text or picture that you want to display as a hyperlink. Press Ctrl+K. You can also right-click the text or picture and click Link on the shortcut menu. In the Insert Hyperlink box, type or paste your link in the Address box."

It all gave me such a headache last night, that I had to go to bed. I put that down to reading more, doing more jigsaws and using the computer more. The eyes are complaining. I must get into the garden today! That's lockdown for you.
Thanks Ma for the suggestion I think I have worked it out now but dont ask me how! It doesn't help that I have a MacBook and things are always slightly different. I bought this about nine years ago thinking if I got the same as our girls they could always talk me through things (mistake) but it has served me well and I have become very attached to it.
The project I am helping with is very interesting. It's an abandoned graveyard serving five hospitals. It has nearly 10,000 graves mostly pauper and now the developer has got his hands on it. I am trying to help research the people buried there.

Ma- I am sorry I didn't reply earlier, cooler head today. Thanks again
    Elizabeth

Don't apologise please Elizabeth. We all operate on different times. What a wonderful project you are involved with. How lovely to be able to bring those people to the readings of everyone. No-one should be shovelled over & built over whether pauper or princess,-which sounds like some -one already said. ;) Good luck with the project. xx
