William Hastings, son of William Hastings & Elizabeth Brooks, baptised at Hagbourne Berks 26 Feb 1727.

I want to be able to determine whether or not he would have been alive to possibly marry Mary Overshott 2 June 1754 at Cookham Berks. I would like to at least be able to search both Cookham and Hagbourne.

I have been checking the interwebby, but cannot see anything online that is free. I believe that Find My Past have some that are accessible via either subscription or PPV, but am not sure if they have all that you are after.

One option would be to contact the Berkshire Records Office and ask if they would do a look-up for you. Or you could see if the transcriptions are available to buy on CD from the Berkshire FHS (berksfhs.org.uk/cms/index.php).
