The National Archives have just released a podcast called Brick walls and lost ancestors. It looks to be essential listening for those of us who are really struggling with finding that elusive ancestor!

"It introduces a number of strategies to help you get around the brick walls and dead ends in your research, paying particular attention to getting the most out of online databases and advanced techniques such as ‘family reconstruction’."
