24th January 1846 he was in gaol stealing from the parish of Gwennap -two sheaves of oats and he is in gaol 14 May 1849 and if I read it correctly ,it seems that a letter was sent to his sister Ann Buzzao_O That was a lie because Ann Buzza was his wife to be.
The banns at Gwennap were read 15th July 22nd July and the 29th July 1849). He was discharged from gaol on the 4th July 1849.
I wonder if he was back inside in 1861 because he and his wife and children aren't in that census.
Ann and William were married at the Redruth Registry Office in 1850.

Genie, you don't say when/where William was born. If you have a census reference for him please can you post it.

Family Search has him as a shopkeeper and the one year old, Nicholas, as Samuel

I've checked it out on Ancestry and I see William as Shopkeeper and the one year old as Nicholas.

I invert the colours with a lot of my stuff that I am having trouble reading. It doesn't always help, but quite a bit of the time it does.
