Been doing family tree for my Dad's girlfriend. Her brother died in The Netherlands around 1986 after having a motorbike accident and was buried there. Trying to find out if there are any death records over there.

The name of the person that died from the accident in or around 1986 would maybe a good starting point, rough area of Holland, Can you advise please?
