Hi! My 5X Great Grandfather was listed as a “Bachelor of Llanrhaidr” in his marriage record. Emanuel Evans married 8 Aug 1785 in Llansannan Parish. Emanuel was likely born around 1763. I have read that county lines changed a lot over time so I thought I would check to see if anyone can find his birth/baptism record in neighboring counties as well? May have been patronymic naming then, and his oldest son’s name is Robert. Could anyone see if he appears in records anywhere?

    Thank you!

I wonder could he have been the Emanuel Evans b. 1763 in Bexley, Kent to William & Sarah? fair trot to Montgomershire but maybe for work. Otherwise did he perhaps have or use another 1st Christian name.
