I have a question rather awkward to phrase since it possibly involves living people

The Empress of Canada left Liverpool on 29 Apr 1952 to Montreal

My family of interest include a married couple in their 50s, a married couple in their 20s and two young children. The youngest is unnamed and described as an infant male age 3, where I expect an infant female aged roughly 3 months -

Can anyone find the arrival of the boat in Canada, and double check the passenger manifest?

Also the younger woman returns to England a year or so later, with her son and daughter but without her husband. I cannot find a return for him and am wondering whether he died in Canada in 1952 or 1953, would such records be open? Assuming they stayed in Quebec or course, I don't know. The return was from New York, so Quebec or Ontario seem likely

Obviously I can be less cryptic in a conversation x

Younger woman returns in 1953 on "Queen Elizabeth" with children as you expect ages 6 & 1yr. Her husband arrives same ship 1954.

Perhaps the younger ones went along to see the Parents settled & be sure they were happy there, eh?
