You're obviously a better person than I was
I'm having wills delivered well into the evening, which means there are civil servants on overtime beavering away to clear the backlog.
well had a reply they apologised and said they would send asap well deep breath again
Can you believes it? I just got the email to say they were in, and it was just a notice to say they couldn't find it and I must have written it wrong! Details were from their own website
In such cases I've read of people complaining, and sometimes getting the will. However, I don't know if the complaints go to the back of the queue or if they manage to bypass it at all.
as you can see from my mail above yours this happened to me took them 9 days to reply and now I have just had an email saying I only have 5 days left to download my will that isn't there I am a very easy going person and I know its only £1.50 but
I'm still waiting for a will, the first one I ordered during first half of August. Hope they don't tell me now that they can't find it as it's the one I have most been looking forward to.
Snap, except mine was ordered at the end of July.......
(They heard me).
It didn’t work for me but I’m so pleased for you
It was actually my naughty boy from Yorkshire - his stepdad's will. I hoped that if he had changed his name after his last conviction he might have had a mention, if his guardian was the forgiving type - but all children and stepchildren were named in the will apart from him, so had had either been left out of the estate (very likely) or the judge was right in his summing up and he did go to the gallows.
