This seems to have passed me by. Find My Past now have a search facility for census addresses.

Having said that, I can't get it to work. It presents me with results and then says it can't retrieve them. :(

It is working for me, do you want me to try the address for you?

Thanks MM, I'm just dabbling. :) It's now revealing results so obviously just a blip.

Seems quite useful. Don't tell me, it's always been there. :D

No it has only been there a week or so and the little tab on each census to change from person to address has gone.

As it is a free census weekend on FMP it could be that which is causing problems.

Does anyone get email updates/newsletter from FMP ? Ive got a sub, but never hear of new additions, I'm sure I used to get communications from time to time.

I get an email every Friday, (FMP Fridays) with the week's new releases, links to their podcasts etc.

It has it own email address, I can let you have it, if you want to contact them and ask why you do not get one.

FMP Fridays appears on the dashboard page- I have it bookmarked in the hope that I will remember to look at it every week.

Luckily it allows you to go back and look at previous new releases from the same page.

FMP weekly updates are picked up and circulated by a couple of newsletters/blogs that I follow, and by subscribing to these you get other interesting articles too. You can subscribe by either email or RSS feed; they are:
