This is a very strange case. Gareth Crwys Williams b.27 Dec 1907. Brynmawr,Breconshire,Wales married Frances Ellen Lowe b.11 Nov 1905 at Holy Trinity.Kingswood,Gloucestershire see copy of marriage cert, however GRO record shows that marriage was registered at Keynsham Registration District,Somerset Oct-Dec 1933

Until 1936 Kingswood was in Keynsham Reg District.
If you look up the marriage on FreeBMD and see where
it says more information can be had about the Registration
place in 'here' all will be seen.
