Handwriting help please

Any suggestions please, I can understand this much:

Del------- the within -----------
at the Workhouse

It's to do with the removal of Margaret Rees in 1831 and I found it on Ancestry under the poor law removal and settlement records.

Any suggestions welcomed.

I used to have a boss who could not read his own handwriting, so I had plenty of practice. He used to bring his notes over to me to read back to him....

I think working with four G.P.'s served me well for reading 'difficult' handwriting.....and one of them used to ask how it was that however quickly I wrote he could always understand what I had written, unlike his own handwriting which, like your boss Jan, used to get handed over to be deciphered

And, for what it's worth I agree with Jan

I agree with Jan, I got everything but the word "named", now Jan has deciphered it I can see it.
