What I can read is ' Samual Bowler of Heath and Martha Stevenson of Stainsby of something something something were married 1st January 1749-1750'.

The marriage was in Alfreton, Derbyshire but I just cannot make it all out.

I think that is the initial of the person who issued the license - Cornelius Horn. I have since found the license. Thank you
