Help to deciphering words in a will, Thankyou

I am hoping someone can help decipher two words in a will. The two words I'am uncertain of are in bold.


taken by my said Nephew James Pitchforth and David Pitchforth at a valuation thereof to be made and by two indifferent Persons, and that such Nephews shall pay and apply the amount of such valuation in or towards the discharge of the several Legacies or Sums of Money herein after by me given and bequeathed Favor ??? and bequeath unto my said Nephews William Pitchforth, James Pitchforth and David Pitchforth All my Monies Securities for Money and Debts and all other my personal Estate Effects and Substance whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever the same now and or shall be at the time of my decease (except such part thereof as I have herein before given and bequeathed) Upon Trust ??? as soon as conveniently may be after my death to sell and convert into Money such parts thereof as shall be in their nature saleable and collect get in and receive all and every the Sum and Sums of Money which shall at the time of my decease be owning to me on Mortgages, Bonds Notes or otherwise, and the Money arising therefrom and which shall be received and gotten in as aforesaid to apply and dispose of

I can't usually read wills but this one seams better than others I have seen. I would agree with Moggsy "I give" and "upon trust"

"I give" certainly makes more sense than "Favor" -- the loop of the 'g' and the 'P' beneath appear to be the same loop doing double duty, so I can see why you went with an 'a' rather than 'g' ...

but, I think, "I give" and "Upon Trust"

no, I beg to agree! about your decipherments . . . but not about the qualifications! A PhD in molecular genetics isn't very useful when it comes to reading old handwriting.
