Any idea what the occupation is for Alfred Hayward?

Thank you both, that has helped to solved which Alfred Hayward out of two I have found in the 1871 census, one is a Polisher the other a Hinge Dresser, both have Thomas Hayward Hing Dresser as the father

Definitely 'polisher'.
