Help with the second witness and doctors name please

Edward Ryan married Mary Hogan, I can read most of the entry just not the names of the second witness and the Doctor that give dispensation for them to marry. It is the entry at the bottom of the image I have included a couple of other entries by the same priest in case you need something to compare letters to. Thank you in advance

Could it be Peniman? I'm not convinced the downward mark is part of a letter.

Vaughan correct of course.. the other looks to be
Penima! Would have liked it to be Jemima but all
other Js on the page totally different.

sorry should of said that Jas (James) Ryan is the priest conducting the weddings.

The reason I am asking is that from my genealogy research the married couple are cousins and the good? doctor (if it is Vaughan which it seems it s ) is mots likely Mary's uncle

The only girls name I can find anything similar
is Peninnah and it could be Peninah, assuming
her the wife of William Brien.

Throughout the rest of the register the priest (Jas Ryan) has been consistent with recording married witnesses with Given name & Given name Surname e.g. Jo & Mary Smith, So I am assuming that the witnesses are not married but that could be a wrong assumption.
