    Looking for anything on either:

    Henry Riley b.1852 Stourbridge, Worcestershire

Phoebe Riley b. 1861 (sic) Kingswinford, Staffordshire

Henry Riley married Lillias Ann Grainger on 30 Jun 1872 in Pensnett, Staffordshire.

They had 4 children. In 1905 Henry and Lillias emigrated to Canada on their own.

Lillias died in Toronto on 23rd September 1908 from TB which she had contracted 12 months prior. She was buried on 25th September 1908.

Henry remarried on 6th May 1911 in Toronto, York, Ontario, Canada. His second wife was a widow, Pheobe Lamb (nee Lowe) Pheobe was born 1861/2.

Phoebe was actually registered Phoebe Elizabeth Rowe b. Dec qtr 1862 in Stourbridge, Worcestershire, England. Her parents were Thomas & Sarah Ann Lowe (nee Thompson)

In 1911 they can be found in York South Sub-Districts 37-50, Ontario, Canada, Henry 59 and Phoebe 50.

    Then they disappear.

April 1911 Phobe Lamb emigrated on the Royal George age 48. She was to be married to an 'Independent Man'....love that bit.
That's all I can see so far.
She is mentioned on an Ancestry tree as Phoebe Lambe.

    I wonder.
    Possible isn't it.

I'll see if I can contact the tree owner on Ancestry.
