An ancestor I believe is buried in the cemetery at Holy Trinity Church Rainow. I remember going there as a child but on a recent visit was unable to locate the grave.

Can anyone help ... is there a plan of cemetery and a list of who is buried where? Where can I find it?

    I am looking for a
Joseph Rowbotham born 1850 died 1925, burial was 19/6/1925 and he was a Blacksmith so there were ornate railings around the family grave.

    Thanks

Alison... if you are on Facebook I see they have a page on there. I'm sure a request on it would bring you help or send them a message.

Go to FindaGrave (where they spell it Rainhow - so I have reported it) and some of the graves have been done. You could put in a request or ask the member who took most of the images if she plans to return.

The person you need to talk to is the current vicar. Revd. Stephen Rathbone on 01625 572013.
