Hi Hexham, I just googled "Thomas McBride & Sarah Coates marriage 1888" many sites came up- are many of them yours & have they not so far been helpful?
queries on sites go back to 2009.
Worth a shot at Mr Google if you haven't done so.
    Family search may also help.;)

I was reading all these enquiries for the McBrides and a few were after Rose McBride without any luck. Are you after her as well or has she been tracked down since.
There is a Rose McBride on 1900 census United States born Ireland 1877, immigrated in 1895 now age 23 and living with Wilbur Parker in Connecticut as a servant. She can be found on the Ellis Island site arriving on the 'California' in 1895

Thank you for your interest Sue and I will look at that one but think it unlikely as I have Rose on the 1901 UK census living in High Street, Portaferry with Mother Eliza, Sister Sarah and Brother Samuel, after that the trail goes cold.

I have been to both PRONI and GRONI but no luck, also tried Downpatrick Library where they were incredibly helpful but still no luck. Just have to keep digging I guess
