No it's still on there thought about it just put Hugh beresford hats eBay it wasn't expensive sold in $ so must be USA
I've taken a look, there's some fabulous vintage hats at affordable prices, isn't there? One of my daughters loves vintage hats, she used to collect them but then ran out of storage space........ooh I wonder if she has a Hugh Beresford

I didn't know about Valerie, I guess Alan will update. Cordelia's father was a pharmacist, his father a physician, I sent Alan a picture and his father a Printer following on from Beresford the Solicitor . We are direct line descendants of Thomas Sir Lord Bently Beresford 1420, he had 21 children, further research heading towards Norman decent.
I will admit as a child dressing up as Davidi Crockett in on of the Famous brown Beresford fur hats, all it needed was a tail attached
