My DNA results seemed to have opened a can of worms

But can anyone tell me what this occupation is

I think it says Holder, but what is one of those?
It is taken from a bap. in Deptford in 1894

According to the Index of Old Occupations, a Holder Up could be:
a) a Riveter's Mate who would hold a heavy hammer against the rivet
b) an assistant to a forger of chains or shackles
c) a machinists assistant who held work up to the various machines.
