    Well, there is a place called Alvediston so it might be a misheard/garbled version of that perhaps....

    Yes I am thinking it reads Allerverdistance with the 1st -er- crossed through.

    So do I transcribe as Allverdistance, I don't know that I can have crossed through text o_O

    Along the Loscomb(e) Road is a dwelling called Myrtle something, all I can see is Dragon, but I think that must be wrong

    You know I had it in my head that it began with a strange 'F', I still couldn't see past Dragon though :D

    It looks like the top of the R in Road is caught up in the letter R in farm

    The last part of the word looks like distance and the start is ALL and what looks like X further on.
