Query abt West Yorkshire County Coroners Notebooks

Goes out of her way to help
Have found my 3xgt grandfather Henry Sutcliffe in the above Notebooks, dated 06 Nov 1861. He was a engine driver sadly killed in a train collision near Barton, Yorkshire. The inquest is from page 22 to 27. Towards the end of page 27, a witness has just started giving his account and the last word on there is 'and' but when you go to the next page (28), a new inquest is started :mad:

Where would I find the rest of the inquest and it's conclusions?

Thanks Karen

FMP newspapers.Bradfod Observer and other newpapers.
Accidental death.
Driver of an engine on the Lancashire and Yorkshire railway. He was killed in a collision bewtween his engine and and one belonging to the Great Northen railway.

The question as to blame rested in great measure as to whether the clerk in charge at Darton had put the signal up as he had asserted.or not.In lesser degree whether the Great Northen train in running 20 miles and hour was not going at too great a speed, especially on a curve near a station.
Verdict was accidental death.
