Rootschat

RootsChat was still down this evening. It's huge shame if it's gone for good because it contains so much wise advice and expertise (just like here really). I can think of quite a few regular contributors who must now have hours to spend on something else, or to twiddle their thumbs. I appreciate that it is a private site and that there is cost involved running it (again just like here), but surely it's not beyond the ability of owner(s) to let subscribers know whether it's temporary or permanent.

Is it said they're working on getting it back up and running. Let's hope so!

Not sure how if the site is down, and all the subscriber data with it.

I've every faith that Trystan and Sarah will be doing everything they can to get it back up & running again.
