Now that Ancestry has the Oxfordshire PR's, I thought it time to dust off my OH's famly and try and fill in some gaps.

Sarah Clifford was baptised in Finmere on 14/10/1827 d/o Thomas and Ann Clifton

The name Clifford/Clifton appears to be interchangeable at this time.

On the 1841 census HO107 piece 885 book 13 folio 10 page 14, the whole family can be found in Finmere as Clifton

She is not with the family in 1851, I cannot find them on FMP but they are on Anc, living with John Tapping (Ann's father) as Clifton HO107 piece 1735 page 10 - no folio number given

These are the only definite sightings I have of Sarah - so what happens to her?

On the 13/10/1851 her brother George (as Clifton) marries Ann Hopcroft in Finmere and one of the witnesses who signs her name is Sarah Clifton (George and Ann make their mark). Is this his sister?
