    I can read Solicitors Managing Clerk, then underneath Secretary [????] Literary?

    i think his name is Charles Jane Minifie

    I think Jan is right. There was a Sherborne Literary Institute which was well known, having association with Charles Dickens, Macready and others, in the 19th Century. There headquarters was the Digby Hall.
