Good evening all, We have made some minor adjustments to improve ease of access to the site. They are hardly noticeable, but we thought we would make you aware. 1. https:// (means you are accessing the site securely) is now forced and will be seen on every page within the site. This means if you try and use http:// on the domain on its own you will be redirected automatically to https://genealogy-specialists.com/ 2. Some users were using www. at the front of the site domain. Others weren't using it. This was causing people who were on the respective opposites to get logged out when they visited a link that had the one they weren't logged into. E.g. http://www.genealogy-specialists.com/ would redirect to https://genealogy-specialists.com/ What will these changes mean for you? Not much. Although, it's worth mentioning that some users who have visited since this change might have been logged out. This was anticipated. By simply logging in again with your username and password and ticking to stay signed in, you will resolve the issue. If you experience any difficulties, please do not hesitate to get in touch!
I wondered why I had to sign in as I never log out & of course I couldnt remember my password, all good now I had to go through all the login lists I have on my phone, note to self copy those lists somewhere else, just incase I happen to misplace my phone.
All is the same on my laptop but I had to log in again on my ipad. Something to bear in mind. Thank you @oman
