It looks like Travel, but I doubt very much it is. On the burial record, to the left in the margin, it says Inquest. I wonder if that relates to this record or the one on the previous page? Have you had a look in the newspapers?
I’ve had a quick look at the burial entries around the time of little Leonard’s burial and am amazed at the variety of place names recorded. I can’t immediately see another entry which looks remotely like ‘Travel’, but maybe it was just the name of a house or farm, lost now in the mists of time....
Just been having a rootle around, wondering if it might have been Trovel, and have found such a place in Creigbyther, Beguildy, in the 1861 census RG9/4236/59/9, home of William Edwards, a farmer of 100 acres
Looking at an OS map, in Llanllwyd, just to the north of Beguildy is a building named Travelly Bungalow. This is surrounded by Lower Travelly, Middle Travelly and Upper Travelly. A name change over the years perhaps?
