Opinions please - what is this surname?

From Send and Ripley baptisms 1760 - there are 3 baps on the one page (covers several years0 for this family.
FMP using the Surrey History Society transcripts have it as Grvin, the original is available.
I think I know, but I could be seeing what I want to see.

Not what I wanted - thought the 'a' in Hannah was formed differently, with the 'tail' coming from the bottom whereas the one in the surname comes from the top

FMP also have them as Gwin 1764 for Hannah and 1760 for an Ann Gwin both with parents Wm & Hannah
