Is that up to date though?
It says up to 50 years for marriages until 1956. However mine is there in 1969.
I have no idea if the dates are up to date. I just thought it would be good as a guide as to what can be found on the certificates. I came across it by chance.
Good job too. Some have no idea what is on them and how easy they are to find.
We also have this article for any interested parties:
I keep meaning to try to contact Mr Jaunay, he's been in the business for along time, I'm hoping he or some one can help with knowledge of Trancriptions for Sth. Australian BMDs.
On the web site it states he is now fully retired and all contact details for him have been removed.
I think the site now remains soley as a goodwill gesture on his part.
FMP has transcripts for Births 1842-1928, Marriages 1842-1937 and Deaths 1842-1972.
Oh well,Anc. runs out this month, I may have to look at FMP again. Pity the deaths didn't go a little further.
What size sub. do I need for that Sis?
I have World subscription Wendy.
