Which one is it?

    Post Office or Kelly's directories might tell you, if you have a possible address.

    Or electoral registers.

    Or order the certificate using just Amy's name.

    You might find that both names are the same chap but been transcribed differently...

    I think it's almost certainly a duplicate index entry, either because James used an alias (eg James Edward alias James William), or because the middle name was unclear so indexed twice to be on the safe side. Marriage index page references at that date cover no more than two marriages, and as the other one with that number is totally different (Skeels-Kenneley) you can be fairly sure that there was only one James Fulcher.

    As Jan says, to avoid difficulty you could order with just Amy's name and the reference number, then they can't say you've supplied the wrong info.

    The marriage is also listed on the local BMD site in the link below. Unfortunately they only give the first forename :(
