Grantham union workhouse

After more info, my grandmother Florence Duggan was in Grantham union workhouse in 1911 census aged 10yrs ,along with her sister Bessie and brother Edward both parents where still alive wondered why they went in ,and how can I find out when they came out ?

According to the Workhouse website (workhouses.org.uk) some records are held at the Lincolnshire Archives: https://www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/libraries-and-archives/lincolnshire-archives/

These include the Guardians minutes 1862 to 1930 and service registers 1863 to 1930. Might be worth dropping them an email to see if they have admissions and discharge records as well.
