Cause of death

Could anyone decipher what the cause of death is on this death certificate? I've never seen so much detail, but I can't understand it. The informant I can understand, it's there for comparison

Could it be Urinary Calculi? If so -- a google search will fill in details.

Well after lots of searching the first word appears to be CALCULI which are stones (e.g. kidney, urinary etc). Now to try and find how Phosphate Lime comes into it!

They could be gall stones as kidney stones tend to be flushed away when still small.
