GRO pdf Certificates

I've just received my first PDFs and I'm very pleased with them. The initial trial period for this service was 3 months but I don't know whether they're extending that. If not, I believe the last date for ordering is probably 12th January.

The blurb says "The pilot will run for a minimum of 3 months to enable GRO to assess the demand for this service over a prolonged period." so hopefully the trial will last for a lot longer and eventually become a permanent feature.

Nothing specific but the GRO contact link allows you to email, telephone or write to them.

When I went to download my latest PDF on Monday there was an online user survey which (if I remember right) came up automatically when I got to the 'My Order' page.

In the email I got when they informed there was a file ready to download there was a link to a feedback survey which asks about the pdf pilot and other ideas they are looking at for making things easier for us (read them)

On the GRO website:

The GRO has been piloting a service from 12 October 2017 to provide portable document format (PDF) copies of digitised historical birth and death records. The pilot will now run for a minimum of 9 months.
