Glad I found this forum because paying the dna site is expensive. And it won't help because it's got some bad data, some of which I helped to create as I stumbled my way through this process.

Richard Ford Shiner and Richard Forder Shiner are mingled. All I know for sure is that family always said we were Welsh. Many years ago I thought I'd traced RFS back to Swansea. Then you add in the multiple marriages and half siblings and I'm lost. Any help would be appreciated.

His American death certificate says he was from Wales, but that was probably provided by his wife Marie who he married in America. So much bad data!
