Help needed with baptism record

I'm assuming the attached record is in Latin, which I haven't a clue about. Can anyone translate it for me please? (I want to type up a transcription of it).

I can work out:-
the child's name - Edward Denis Lynch
parents Thomas and Hannorah
date of birth and presumably baptism

but what does the rest actually say?

I have another for his sister, so hopefully with a bit of help (or a lot ) I will be able to work that one out for myself.

Thank you @arthurk - I did think that was Godfather and Godmother, but couldn't find it in google translation Latin to English (if that was the place to look) and so I have been searching for those people in the census to see if I can find anything more on the parents Thomas Lynch and Hannorah Sullivan who I think were both from Ireland. I haven't found them together on a census - they married in 1849, Ireland and Thomas died in 1857, Sheppey, Kent (which is where the baptism took place).

The Godparents in his sister Elizabeth Lynch's baptism are a Catherine Lucas and Robert Wallace.

I think I have found Catherine on the 1861 census in Sheppey, Kent along with a sister Margaret Sullivan. Both are transcribed as married, but I think Margaret should be transcribed as unmarried - and possibly married in the June quarter of 1862.

I did think that was Godfather and Godmother, but couldn't find it in google translation Latin to English

The words are Patrinus and Matrina. Actually some of the Latin is slightly quirky - 8th and 25th in the dates are definitely English rather than Latin; and in most Latin baptisms that I've seen the names are given in Latin with appropriate endings, but here (except for the priest's own name) they are in the simpler English form.
