Thank you for the add. So glad I have found this group. Hope everyone is doing ok :)
I'm from Batemans Bay, NSW, Australia.
Hoping to find further information regarding my Grandfather, Eric Alfred Ainsworth (birth name - born 1909, Northcote) Was adopted out from Beatrice May Ainsworth and became Eric Ainsworth Buckingham. I know that Beatrice went on to marry Alf Garfield Fawcett in 1914 and had 2 sons. I'm aware that Beatrices' parents were Christina Sutherland and Alfred Ainsworth. Have wondered if Alf Garfield Fawcett was Erics real father. As Beatrice gave birth out of wedlock, things were so different back then. Also would love to know occuptations and where family members lived.

My Grandfathers sister was a Christina Sutherland born Scotland but lived in West Australia...small world.
I have close family in Ulladulla. :)
